Omega serviced Ladies watch from 1948 (SKU Reference 1023)
Up for sale is a vintage Omega mechanical ladies' watch, a fine piece from late '40s.
The watch has been freshly serviced: movement is taken apart, parts are cleaned, oiled and mechanism is regulated.
The steel case's diameter is 20 mm excluding the crown (21 mm with the crown).
Movement is caliber R13.5. Power reserve is around 48 hours.
This model family was produced since 1938 up to 1959, a very long history and great success for Omega.
The arabic dial and the leaf hands are classicly beautiful.
Soon after this time Omega went for their index type of dial, and arrow hands.
The watch has been tested and kept time: not running any noticably fast or slow within the day (within a minute daily).
Fitted with a high quality new, thick yet fine leather.
